msPAINT Help Topics

Using vista ULTIMATE, the msPAINT ' Help Topics ' consist of a BLANK Page?

How can I get these? Please?

Also, why can't I 'SAVE AS' under the FILE menu in PAINT?
Also 2, how do I get the HAND that moves the picture?

This happens if the "Content Type" setting for .PNG file types is broken.
Download a REG file from Daniel Martin's site here:

http://winvista.mvps.org/Ficheros/PNG.reg

Download and save it to Desktop. Right-click on the file and choose Merge.

If that does not help, see here for a another fix.

Blank pages cannto contain incorrect information, so I think as far as
accuracy goes - you lucked out with that help topic.
