MSVCP71.dll problem with installing back-up files...

PLEASE HELP!!!
I recently backed up all my files from my laptop (HP530) before the mother
board had to be replaced. The laptop runs on Windows Vista Basic. When I put
the disc in to re-install all my old files, etc, I get a message stating that
MSVCP71.dll is not found. The below info details the problem:
