MSXML 4.0 SP2 (KB936181) -- Installation failed

I have looked at the known issues.

My log file (%windir%\msxml4-KB936181-enu.LOG)
Is at the following office live url. It was to large to post with the
30,000 character limit.

The update is failing to install due to this:

Error 1402. Could not open key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\Msxml2.XMLSche maCache.4.0\CLSID.
System error 5. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or
contact your support personnel.

Open the registry editor, Start > Run > type in
regedit
Click OK

Drill down to the following subkey
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes
Right click Classes, choose Permissions
It should show

Group or user names: Everyone

Permissions for Everyone should be
Full Control
Read

I think that's the Parent where the Permissions for
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\Msxml2.XMLSche maCache.4.0\CLSID
are inherited.
