MSXML 4.0SP2

Both K925672 & KB927978 for 3 weeks now they just keep wants to load, even
after they show up in Add Remove files in the Control Panel ???Dua !! What's
up with that? (YES this is Windows XP)

Search, within this group for MSXML, I have several times posted the fix for
this (this month)
