MSXML or MSXML Updates Causing Problems with Automatic Update Serv

Have any recent problems with MSXML or MSXML updates caused the Automatic
Update service or other automated programs that manage the installation of
microsoft updates to fail?

PS
I am aware that an msxml update may have been failing to install. What I am
asking is did MSXML or an MSXML update CAUSE Automatic update service or
other automated update (proprietary) services to fail and be unable to
install any other updates...

No. If the update for MSXML failed to install it may be due to an
incorrect Permissions setting.
To resolve the install failure, check the KB925672.log located in the
WINDOWS directory (folder) for error messages.
Post them here if the log is present on the system and contains errors.
