I have the following message when trying to download software

"The resource loader cahe doesn't have loaded MUI entry". I have trie
to run regedit but the computer has this message so I am not able to d
very much

Please help

I can download these but cannot run them on my computer, so it is no
helping me. The problem appears to be in running programmes no
downloading them

Hi,

Sounds like the computer likely is infested with malware. Start by loading
it in Safe mode and running some scans with updated antispyware and
antivirus software. Tools like Malwarebytes and Adaware can assist in
removing some of the damage.
