MUI Problem

I am trying to install an English MUI, as I bought Vista in Italy during
Thanksgiving. However, I can't find a suitable MUI. When I use Windows
Update, I get Error Code 2 and the language pack stops installing. I can
read Italian, but the error comment doesn't really say much (pretty much
says to try again). What's the problem?? How can I fix this?? I have
also tried using a torrent for the MUI, but that doesn't work either...
There was 'this link'

which I found Googling, but the MUI install process doesn't recognize
the subsequent file.

When I try these non-Update procedures, I'm opening up the
Regional/Language Options, going to advanced, then install language, at
which point Vista asks for the location of the language pack and tries
to install. But none of the methods I have tried have worked. I have a
perfectly legal version, and I badly need Vista to become English!!

Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately, when I try to execute 'Update
KB942903'
(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en),
which is the one suggested by Microsoft, I get a message saying that
\"the update is not applicable to the system in use\", translated from
the Italian of my operating system...

Do you have any other thoughts?

And thank you for the greetings! My %TEMP% folder is full of
\"lpksetup-XXXX\", where XXXX is the date logs, that seem to say various
things. I'll copy and paste a couple below:

Hi,

Are you running Vista Ultimate or a lower version? The MUI's are only for
Ultimate.
