Nope, you need to use Netmeeting directly.
You're right that Messenger uses the same functionality as Netmeeting -- but only Netmeeting
has the ability to use these functions with multiple people.
There had been talk of more development of it years ago, but since Netmeeting (and its
features) were dropped in Vista, that definitely won't be happening.
