Rather than trying to host the public web site internally, which frankly you
won't find many here recommending, I would strongly suggest having it hosted
externally. If the intent is to have both internet domain names go to the
same home page, you can handle that easily with DNS. If you want them to
remain separate, but automatically redirect to the new page, you can handle
that with HTTP redirects on the home page.
