Multiple Entries after installing updates

I appear to have multiple entries for certain updates I have installed via
windows update.
for instance if I goto Start/Windows Update/view update history it shows
that KB936181 has been install 5 times, how do I remove these additional
entries?

KB936181 is just one of them, there are also others

I tried the "fix" KB and it failed with an error. Not making any progress on
the problem. Can anyone else offer something/
