Multiple Event ID 1015 warnings

Hello all,

I have a 2003 server closed network environment where I recently added a
security update for MS09-043 (KB947319). The update loaded OK but I get a
stream of warning Event ID 1015 messages (~every 10-12 seconds during the
update), described as "Failed to connect to server. Error: 0x800401F0".
From what I've read, MS saids the this warning message can be ignored.
However for job purposes, I must provide a logical explaination as-to-why
this warning is ocurring.

Can someone tell me why this warning occurs? Can something be done to
prevent the warning from happening? Is the update actually trying to
contact a WEB based server (this system has no connectivity to internet) ?
