I got the same issue, though not due to updates. Vista updates hav
never caused an issue for me (Minus some defender update that killed m
USB *_haha_
But be honest with yourself. Are you 100% certain you did nothing ou
of the ordinary
I mean
A: It's not a legit version of Vista (Known to do that)
B: It's an OEM Install from Dell (Though I love Dell, their OEM DV
does seem to have issue's
C: You did what I did and incidentally uninstalled the Windows Vist
Uninstaller (Do not ask me why in god's name this is possible. I wa
stupid enough to use*_Ccleaner_
uninstall tools, which found a tool named uninstaller. I presumed thi
was a spyware, but no... It was THE uninstaller from Vista
Beats me why MS made the uninstaller uninstallable (Tested and triale
a few time. Definitely uninstallable... Weird!
I am searching for a way to resolve. Will post once found
