multiple sync

I need to be able to sync to 2 different outlook profiles. I have active
sync 4.2, outlook 2003 a dell axim x51v running windows mobile version 5.
All latest kit an upgrade . In past could sync with profile required as
prompt given during sync process. Since upgrade when pda established
relationship with pc 1 profile has to be chosen at the time and then this
is only profile that can be synced to the pda. Another( in reply to prior
posting) user of activesync 4.2 uses multiple outlook profiles and has no
probs.
Is it possible for me to establish a relationship with the pc and pda
without specifying an outllook profile and if so how ? Whilst still being
able to sync calendar and email .
