Multiple Updates KB835732

My OS is XP-Pro and the Windows Update log from the website indicates my
automated configuration has downloaded KB835732 nightly for the past few
weeks. The update continues to be persistently scheduled for download and
installation. How do I tell my OS the update is not needed?
