multiple windows live bugs (level: low to serious)

Hello ! I am a french user of windows live who recently upgraded to v8.0.0812
(i had 8.0.0.07xx i don't remember the exact build number).
1/2 weeks ago windows live crashed suddently . i restarted and then i could
talk to every people in my contact list while being offline.

And now i have alot of strange bugs:
1) i can't change my nickname, i see "Q writes:" and people see "
writes:"
2) if i can change my msn picture, but each time i start msn it puts the pic
i had 2weeks ago
3) when i send a file to someone, or receive a file, the icon and the file
name disappear. i just see something like "xxx wants to send you: (nothing
here) accept/reject?"
4) and the most annoying bug: i received mails from people in my contact
list saying "hey, i noticed you have disappeared from my contact list, i had
to add you again". This must be a server bug no? how could it be possible ?
i have no influence on their contact "black list".

I'll have to mail all my contacts and ask them to add me again !

I have the same problems. I sent a support request one month ago....no
answers !!!

Do you have modified your windows live/msn registry keys?
when i use webmessenger i can change my nickname.
i still don't know why the server has deleted me as a contact on my friend's
computers

I am having the exact same problems. I have tried everything including
deleting the registry keys as instructed by Microsoft.

Someone please help - this is an annoying problem.
