Multiple Windows Updates

I posted earlier about an update (KB936181 MXML Core Services 4.0 SP2) that
kept notifying me that it needed to be installed. On my update history it
has been installed ("successfully") more than a dozen times.
Now the same issue is happening with a more recent MXML Core Services 4.0
SP2 update (KB941833).
Any help here?
