MUpdate fails-EC: 0x80092026

Error number: 0x80092026 - MS Auto-update gets this error at web page. Same
when tried manually. Some registry value not correct?

If you are getting this same error when you try to install the updates
manually, this would not be a windows update issue.

Try to open wsus admin page and I get the following error "Service
Unavailable".

Go to IIS Manager and try to browse the page and I get the same error.
