Hi All,
I would be grateful if anyone can explain how to get the "Music" option
back into the "Customize" list on the Start Menu please.
I can see "Music" in the Start Menu, but it is not doing anything at
all and has disappeared from the "Customize" list.
Cheers,
Phil.

Right click in a blank area of the list. You'll figure it out.

Goto Startmenu and Taskbar properties and Customize button to manage
start menu.
Here you will find a list for links "how they behave ?"

look for Music and choose "Display as a link"

Fix the shell folder path for "Music". Then logoff and login back.
