Around December, Music Mix got broken on Microsoft's side and a month later disappeared from
the service. I do not know if it will (ever) be back.
Also, if you went looking for it before, it's not an option in all the locales, so that would
be why you didn't see it. To answer your question though, there was nothing to install to
make it appear.
