I keep getting "Administrators Only". I'm working on Windows 98 and it is my
personal pc. I can't figure out how to fix this. Please help

That doesn't help if you're using 98SE. Neither does

If you tried the other applicable steps, follow Step 6, the Windows Update
Checklist.
