Who is my administrator?

Recently, I tried to use the task manager and it told me that "this
application has been disabled by your system administrator" or something of
that nature. I have never had a problem using it before and this is the
first I've seen this message. I'm not sure what is going on...

I have ran into a few computers with this problem and i would say that it is
a virus or spyware program of some kind. They disable the task manager so you
can't kill process's to rid the virus.

Sounds to me like it's a Group Policy setting that the virus sets. If
you go to Start > Programs > Accessories > Run then type in GPEDIT.MSC
there is a setting in there somewhere to disable Task Manager.
