My command promt deosnt work

It says C:/ Windows/systems32/cmd.com is not valid win32 application

The proper file is cmd.exe and you should not have any file named cmd.com.
How you are you trying to launch it?

Are you getting cmd.exe and command.com mixed up? command.com is the 16-bit
virtual DOS machine.
