MY COMPUTER HAS ERROR

my computer says---instruction at 0x77c46fa3 referenced memory at0x03903000
the memory could not be "written" click ok to terminate the program, click
cancel to debug the program, then it says internet explorer has encountered a
problem and needs to close, then it ay please tell microsoft about your
problem the it gives me 3 options--- to debug send error report don't
send i have done all 3 what am i to do now it keps popping up when i
try to get on the internet

Unsure how this is a 'Windows Update" issue.
Sounds sort of like hardware.

In case it is not and you have access to another computer and a thumb
drive/USB drive/CD writer/whatever - try this:

We are new with this computer can you tell us what would be considered a
Hardware?

Incomplete/suggested sentence... "a hardware issue"...
Bad memory. Bad hard disk drive. Bad power supply.

Try the download I suggested, install it - see if the error goes away.
