Make sure your PCs are spyware and virus-free:
1: download and run Stinger from
http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger . That
cleans the most common in the wild viruses.
2: download, install, and run Spybot Search and Destroy from
http://www.safer-networking.org - that should sort out your spyware
3: make sure your antivirus software is working and up to date. If you
have none, go to
http://www.avast.com and get their free Personal Edition
4: make sure your video card's drivers are up to date
That's for starters.
