My contacts have disappeared

Hello,
My contacts have disappeared and from this forum

i found out they can be retrieved from a server if i give my email and three
lost contacts.

The problem is that there are so many people that the support team does not
answer to all of them and i have been posting for days without a response and
i am getting desperate.

Someone told me to post here. Is there anyone that can help me? I am afraid
that it will take too long for someone to respond to me that my contacts will
not be able to be retrieved.
