My contacts were deleted.

Hi, I use Live Messenger almost all of the time to chat with friends and
family. Recently I downloaded the latest update on this computer and all of
my contacts on Live Mail, and Messenger are gone. I still have the same
contacts on my other computer and my Xbox, but on this computer they are all
gone. How can I get them back easily? Any help would be appreciated. I'm
affraid to download the update on my other computer.

haber hecho, previa a la instalacion de la nueva version, en CONTACTOS
guardarlos. Lo hará con el nombre de tu correo y terminación CTT, que,
cuando instalas la nueva versión, abres ese archivo y problema resuelto.
Espero que alguien te lo traduzca al inglés.
