my desktop theme changes from vista to classic when i restart my p

after when i select the windows vista theme for my pc later when i restart my
pc the theme changes to windows classic theme. can anyone tell my how can i
fix this problem??

In my case this error was corrected by resetting the DPI setting t
default

Control Panel
Personalization

See upper left edge of window under "tasks".

Adjust font size (DPI

Action's to take

Select Default scale (96 DPI

Restart Computer

Next action

Look to right top of window and find "Window Color and Appearance"
Beneath you will find a link to Open Classic Appearance Properties
Click on the Link

Find and Select - the Color Scheme' by highlighting "Windows Aero"

Click O

Restart

Those are the moves that corrected my Color Scheme error
