MY display picture...

i am not able to restablish my disaply pic...something happened and i have no
pic....when i go to 'change display pic' whatever selection i make from the
options sends me to a 'connecting' page, that NEVER connects.....i used to be
able to get the pre-installed fanta girls.....please help
