Vista Home premium SP2, IE8, WLM 14.0.0726
Just a day ago, I installed Windows Live Messenger ( for my webcam ). I
inserted my picture as
display picture for the Messenger.
I notice today that the picture shows up at top right of the WLM
window. It used to have my regular sign-in profile which is generic.
It is not a problem, I just wonder how did my picture get there.

WLMail not having a display picture option uses the WLMessenger display picture.
In WLMail you should see(if logged on with a Live ID) your Live ID and your display picture.

If you access your profile(profile.live.com) with that Live ID(signed on) you will see the display picture(if configured) for
Windows Live online services.
- to use the same display picture, they must agree in both places(Messenger and Windows Live Profile)
