My documents opens at start up (after downloading RAR)

I downloaded a RAR file, and while the file did have the files I wante
it also had an "extra" folder, and when I clicked on it I think it'
safe to say it installed something on my computer. I ran Adaware, an
Spybot Search and Destroy, and removed what was found, however, at star
up "My Documents" still opens every time (sometimes in two windows).

Here is the log of HiJack This. Can you guys tell me how to interpre
this, and how to know what I need to fix

every thing seems to be running normal. it's just a matter of
rebooting, and having my documents open.

i really dont want to restore because i'll lose things ive installed
since then.

in other searches it appeared that there were registry fixes, but i
checked all of those. someone on this board will hopefully be able to
decipher the hijackthis log.
