I have the same problem on 3 different machines. I finally called microsoft,
spent the money for tech support and their answer was to hide the update in
windows update so that it would not show up as an available update. I also
had to disable automatic updates. Poor solution to a problem that is
obviously wide spread. I guess they don't have a clue on how to fix it.
Maybe they should spend some time reading the message boards so they can find
out what is wrong with thier programs.
