my email program is windows mail.
so how i can set my email to pop-up on my screen windows.
when i get new email.saying you rrceiv new email.

WM/WLM don't have a pop-up. The envelope icon in the task bar changes to
indicate new mail and WLM plays the new mail sound.

If you really want a pop-up, Thunderbird (2.0.0.9) has the best I've seen.

Not supported, but when the application is minimized or active, a New Mail
icon appears in the Notification Area.
