My Explorer lossing its drag select

Up until now, I done all the update on my Vista Ultimate, and these few day I
having problem to drag and select several files, even CTRL + Click, Shift +
click also won't work, but on random try it works, what might happen?

Could you please try this workaround and comment the results?

Close all instances of Windows Explorer, open Registry Editor (Regedit.exe)
and delete these keys:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local
Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\Bags

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local
Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\BagMRU

Hi, I deleted and no result, as I restart, also didn't see result. After that
I noticed that two of my drive having this problem, so i tried reset the
folder setting, and will try observe for a while. What might cause this
problem?
