My Framework Error is Code: 0x8007066A -

Novice here - Have had this issues in my history since March, have Windows
2000, Office 2003, this always fails to install.
Have read a lot of postings and didn't find the same error code.
Any clues to my solution would be greatly appreciated.

Try treating the lower 4 hex nibbles as a code which is normally
documented by its decimal equivalent: 1642

BTW I think you may have better luck posting to a newsgroup which
specializes in Office Update. Apparently there is one called <w>

microsoft.public.officeupdate
as well as one called
microsoft.public.office.setup
