My ie6 now goes to Microsoft Update instead of my internet homepag

I updated my computer using the Microsoft Update site and now my IE 6 always
opens to this page instead of my Internet Options homepage? I have XP Pro
and Service Pack 2.

Not sure how to get this to work again. Any ideas? Scanned my computer
with Norman Anti-Virus with new definitions and now viruses are shown.

IE Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing > Automatically check for
IE updates (uncheck)
