My NEXT computer will be a Mac!

Hi. My name is Chris, and I'm an XP user.

I'm getting the error message on the update page 0x0070424. No one seems to
know what is causing this, if it's temporary, or what to do with it?

OK. But not even a Mac user/guru will be able to help you
based on the information above. What is the entire error
message? Further, describe the computer system, including
the amount of RAM that is installed, the type of RAM and
whether or not all of it come with the computer.
