My page automatically scrollss to the bottom every time I hit return

I need help! Every time I hit the enter button on my computer the page automatically scrolls to the bottom. It won't release until I hit the escape key. I have removed every unnecessary program and checked my scroll lock key and down key. Nothing has worked! This is a brand new computer, and I am in college and is causing me huge problems. Any help that I can get would be greatly appreciated! Thank You!!
