Hello GreenEggsAndHam, and welcome to Vista Forums.
I'm not sure which method you have tried, but double check to make sure
that the default location is listed in the registry for each of these
folders. Option Two in this tutorial will help show you how to.

If this is what you have already tried, then you should try a System
Restore using a restore point dated before this problem.
