my Re-booting problem

It happened again today, but I had the auto turned off and this is what I
received(more or less) It said to check if I had enough memory and/or to
disable memory options such as cashing or shadowing. It also said that the
physical memory dump was complete. the code I got is as follows:
STOP: Ox0000008E (Oxc0000005,ox8057E811,oxB706AF0,Ox00000000
Of course I have no idea what that means. Also I have 1024 of ROM and a
Pentium4 2.86 and 137 GBs of free memory on the HD. It only happens when I
sign into Live Messenger.
