my right click menu is acting up started sometime last week and ifinal tired of it need help

my right click menu is acting up started sometime last week and i
final tired of it need help.
when i right-click the drop down menu doesn't show til i scroll over
the Options.
Its with anything that drops down never had this
problem before. when i right-click or click on something that drops
down i
see the outline of the box but the words don't come into view until i
scroll
over them. I've made a picture that shows whats going on.

Now the picture only shows me doing the right click on the desktop but
it is in ever thing you can use the right click in
the internet, AutoCad, Photoshop, and in all folders and so on.
I would love help please.

ways all the help i can get i would like plz

Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories and right-click
on the Command Prompt and choose "Run as administrator".
Type in: SFC /SCANNOW and press your Enter key.
