To resolve error code 0x800B0001, go to Start > Run > type in
cmd
Click OK or press Enter
At the Command Prompt type in [or copy & paste] the commands below then
* press Enter after each line *
regsvr32 softpub.dll
regsvr32 mssip32.dll
regsvr32 initpki.dll
exit
Revisit Microsoft Update to obtain SP2, OR, download the entire SP2
package from:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
