My security update on flash player (KB923789)

I really hope someone can help me as have tried all attempts at installing
the above update as continually tells me to do so but fails when have done. I
find on "my history" an error code OX643 which also I cant find in order to
rectify myself! It's frustrating also that when turn off it continually wants
to install and turn itself off when i know it's not going to work!
So any help would be very greatly appreciated,

Hi Michel,
Many thanks it appears to have worked! However i do presume that the adobe
flash player is free? aand also the Adobe reader?
