My sidebar has disappeared i I can't get it back!

Even though i am the administrator it tell me that the adminstrator controls
my sidebar. I had the side bar when i first got the computer-now it has
gone?? PLease help

Go to Control Panel ,,, Windows Side Bar Properties... Select option to load
at startup..

OR you can load like this ..

Help/Support .. Type Sidebar <-- go to 3rd choice<-- then go to 3rd choice
again to Open Sidebar..
