My, Spam, Not Spam, marking. toolbar dissapears

In Vista, Windows Mail, the bottom toolbar, at the top of the page,
has the buttons, "Mark as spam" and "Mark as not spam" available on my
"Inbox" page.

I use these buttons, all the time with, incorrect, messages in my "Inbox".
My problem is that this toolbar keeps disappearing. The toolbar is
completly gone not just, highlighted out, like it is on other email pages,
Junk, Deleted, ect. I have tried to find it again and haven't been able to.
The crazy thing is, all of a sudden, it comes back again. This tool bar also
has the "Mc Afee security" button in it.

My questions are; 1-Why does it keep disappearing? 2-Where can I find it to
bring it back? 3-Is there some way to keep it up on my "Inbox" page?

Thanks much for any help.

These are not buttons supplied by Windows Mail, so you would have to ask
whoever put them there.

Email scanning should be turned off in any anti-virus. Also exclude EML
files from the scan. It provides no
protection not provided by the regular resident protection.
Besides that, McAfee and Norton are not compatible with Windows Mail and
Outlook Express and should be uninstalled. The latest version of Trend's
anti-virus seems to be causing problems too.

Question for Frank;

Why does Dell make Mc Afee part of the package that is
included with Vista when you purchase a computer from
them?

How do I keep my toolbar from disppearing everytime I create or reply to a
message in Outlook mail? I have to manually add to each message now just to
send or hit reply.

If you really mean "Outlook" you are in the wrong newsgroup.
The newsgroup to which you posted is for the Windows Mail program.
You are more likely to find Outlook experts in the Outlook newsgroup:

microsoft.public.outlook.general (via NNTP), or via the web:
