my start button dissapears

I'm running two monitors, and sometimes when I full screen a movie, or video
game, my start button dissapears. My window button on the keyboard also
doesn't bring up the start menu unless I press it a couple up times. The logo
doesn't show back up unless I log out, or restart my computer.

Does it show up when you exit full screen mode?
