my thoughts on IE7

I tried IE& beta 2 a couple of days ago, and here's my thoughts so far..
Firstly, the typeface was all blurred and you could hardly read it, Righto,
i thought, this must be cleartype at work, so i scrolled down to "use
cleartype" in tools/advanced, and turned of cleartype.
Nextmy daughter uses MSN a lot, and she said that the winks wern't working
in MSN, when she upgraded it to MSN 7.5. It took me a couple of days before
realising that flash was corrupt and that a fresh install of flash was
needed. But IE7 wouldn't allow you to do this. I had to uninstall IE7
reinstall IE6 THEN install flash, and then reinstall IE7 before it'll work!
Next, which is a rather annoying problem, I used to use Firefox, and was
happy in the way that firefox, rather than open up a new window, everytime
you say, clicked on the notifiyer for gmail, Firefox would OPEN A NEW TAB
instead, so keeping the orginal window However, IE7 would not allow me to do
so, so that before long, whole new windows were open in the taskbar!! I have
yet to discover a way of IE7 open a new tab, rather than opening a new window!
Apart from that, i really like the quick tabs option, the new Phisher
checking option, and the new cool clean look of IE7!

In the options there is a setting on whether you want links to open in new
tabs or windows.

I installed IE7 March build on Windows XP SP2 and Flash is working. I've
also installed the latest flash 8.0.24 version on IE7 without problems.
