my tv tunner problem

i've tv tunner compro...
on it's package have been signed microsoft windows compatible,but it's
driver or device non digitaly sign by Windows so after i instaled all of it's
package on cd driver, the windows normaly became safemode.I wanna watch
tv..please help me
