My Uninstall and Repair Buttons Disappeared in Vista

After one of the Microsoft automatic updates, I cannot track which one, my 'uninstall' and 'repair' buttons have disappeared from my 'Programs & Features' section of the Control Panel. How do I find them again?

Hi Gary,

It should be 'change' and 'repair' and they only show up when a program is
selected from the list.
