My updates will not completely update

Hello and help!

Can you just get on my laptop and fix my computer? Some of my updates will
not update. I can't restore or move on. I also am getting a caution that my
network IMAP will not connect. I am not a tech person at all and I am
frustrated trying and trying.

No.

Take the machine to a local, reputable and independent (i.e., not
BigBoxStoreUSA or Geek Squad) computer repair shop.
