my usb port are not working.

i gust gut a new vista home compert for wallmaort . i can get any thing to
work on my usb ports. i all so can find a camrem that works . can some one
tell me why this is happening.when i pung some thing in to my usb port my
compert say there is a mothfongen in it and that it can't find a drive for
it. but i gust in stalled the driver.

I think the main problem is probably the ID 10 T interface.

TAKE IT BACK for warranty repair or replacement. A new computer should not
do this.
